Angular Acceleration to Linear Acceleration
The acceleration of a body is defined as rate of change of velocity of the body. The acceleration can be of different types. It is categorised into two broad categories:
1. Linear acceleration:
The linear acceleration is defined as rate of change of linear velocity of the body. The linear acceleration is the acceleration of the body in moving in one direction.
Linear Acceleration = (Force / Mass)
It is defined as rate of change of angular velocity of the body. The angular-acceleration can be calculated for the body moving in a curvilinear direction. It is also known as rotational acceleration.
Angular Acceleration = (Velocity 2) / radius of curve;
This form of acceleration is the measure of the acceleration an object obtains when it moves in a curved path and it is related to the linear acceleration as;
Linear acceleration = angular-acceleration * radius of curvature.
I like to share this Atomic Mass Definition with you all through my article.
Torque and Angular Acceleration
The torque is the resultant motion of the object in a curve when a force is applied on it. It is the characteristics of the object to rotate on its axis when a force is applied on it. The angular form of acceleration on the other hand is the acceleration of the body moving in the curve.
The torque is given as;
T= r * F;
T= torque of the body;
r = radius of the curve;
F = force applied on the body
The above equation can be given as;
T= rFsinӨ;
Where,
Ө = angle between force vector and radius of the curve in which the body is rotating.
The angular acceleration is given by;
α = v2 / r;
where;
α = angular-acceleration;
r = radius of curve around which body is moving;
v = linear velocity of the body.
The above equation can also be written as;
α = dω / dt;
where ;
ω = angular velocity;

Average Angular Acceleration
The average angular-acceleration is the average of the angular-acceleration body is travelling on the curvilinear path. The average angular-acceleration gives the approximate measure of the body when it travels in a curvilinear path.
Angular Acceleration Definition
It is defined as the rate of change of angular velocity of the body moving in a curvilinear direction under the influence of the force. The force is also known as torque, which is the moment of force.
